Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Day or night shift availability (shift assignment to be determined)
• 13-week contract with scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation
• Required to work various shift lengths and various days - must be flexible
• No guarantee of hours or shift preference
• Provide med/surg level care for patients 18 and older
• May float to surgical pediatrics or transitional care units
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:5
• Unit bed size: 50 beds
• Utilize equipment including Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes
• Minimum 2+ years of med/surg or higher level of care experience required
• Required certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Active State of Hawaii nursing license required by start of assignment
• Dress code: Professional nursing attire, no specific scrub colors required, closed toe shoes required
