Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Night shift position working 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• 48-hour guarantee available
• Work 6 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per 6-week schedule
• 13-week contract duration
• Float pool position requiring willingness to float between four facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Telemetry experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Arizona nursing license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• EMR: Cerner experience required
• Scrub color: Any color
• Provide shift accountability for patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
