Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend required with rotating holidays
• Patient ratio of 1:6 with occasional 1:7 during surge
• Self-scheduling available with leadership reserving rights to balance schedule
• Float to same level of care as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
• Active RN license required at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS and IV certification
• Perform procedures including continuous bladder irrigation, wound care, drain management (chest tubes, Jackson-Pratt, etc.), Foley insertion, central line dressing changes, telemetry monitoring, and EKGs as needed
• Utilize telemetry equipment and document using Meditech Expanse system
• Follow patient experience requirements including bedside shift report, hourly safety rounding, and personal connections
• Unit secretaries available on day shift and LNAs available for both shifts
• Dress code: Scrubs in any color
