Job Details:

• Block scheduling available (not guaranteed)
• Call required
• Minimum RTO requested
• 3 years of experience required
• Prior travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Must be located more than 75 miles from facility; local candidates not accepted
• New York nursing license required prior to submission
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• Required certifications: BLS, CNOR
• Mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV placement required
• Must wear teal scrubs
• Experience required in diverse OR specialties including ortho/total joint, trauma, neuro, GYN/urology, vascular, and thoracic
• Proficiency required with a broad range of surgical procedures including bariatric, vascular, thoracic, ENT, general surgery, gynecological, neurological, orthopedic, plastic/reconstructive, podiatric, urological, and robotic-assisted surgery (Da Vinci Xi Surgical System)
• Must be comfortable with safety protocols including fire safety, laser safety, radiation safety, latex allergy awareness, infection control, and universal protocol
• Candidates will be required to float
• Cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days of requested time off
