RN - Cardiovascular Surgery

Job Details:

• Day shift position with hours from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract duration
• 72 guaranteed hours bi-weekly
• Call requirements include 1 night per week and every 6th weekend
• No floating required
• 1:1 patient ratio
• 4 OR suites in unit
• Scrubs provided by hospital
• Indiana RN licensure required
• BLS certification required
• 2-4 years of cardiovascular experience required
• EMR system: Cerner
• Required skills: CABG, AVR, MVR, Ascending Aortic Aneurysms, Aortic Root Replacements, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs, Femoral-Popliteal Bypass, Carotid Endarterectomy, AV fistula, Impella placement, ECMO cases, and Thoracotomy
• Preferred skills: Ventricular Assist Devices and Robotic Thoracotomy
• Must be able to circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility - local candidates not accepted
• Must provide valid driver's license with permanent home address matching ID upon submission
