Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Patient ratios of 1:6 to 1:7
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call required
• May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs or between like units and sister facilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; travel experience required
• Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry experience preferred, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Patients include adults and geriatrics with a variety of Med/Surg diagnoses
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and more
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Parking at no cost
• Block schedule requests can be submitted for approval but are not guaranteed
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Must attend staff meetings as required
• Virtual interview required; Nursing Director will contact candidate within 24–48 hours of profile receipt to schedule
