Telemetry RN Job in Detroit, MI

Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit. This is a 70-week travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, with a 4x12 day shift schedule (0700–1930).

Your Role

You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will supervise nursing staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, ensuring accountability and quality outcomes. Working alongside facility nursing leadership, you will support the delivery of safe, appropriate, and high-quality patient care while managing resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' clinical status and response to treatment
• Plan and implement individualized nursing care for assigned patient populations
• Supervise and mentor delegated staff members
• Maintain competency standards and support continuing education for clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure appropriate resource utilization and efficient unit operations

Compensation and Schedule

Weekly pay is $2,626.56. The assignment is structured as 4 consecutive 12-hour day shifts per week. Please note that navy scrubs are required for this assignment.
