PICU RN Job in Phoenix, AZ

Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• Day and night shifts available: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (shift determined during interview)
• Assignment will require floating between NICU and PICU units
• May float between multiple locations in the Phoenix metropolitan area
• Work in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care
• Deliver care appropriate to patients' age and condition in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in a pediatric CVICU required
• Experience at a hospital with a Level III or IV NICU strongly preferred
• Experience floating between NICU and PICU preferred
• Children's hospital experience preferred
• ADN, BSN, or Diploma Nursing degree required
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license with multistate privileges required
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association required
• Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current NRP certification preferred
• Only RTO discussed during the interview will be pre-approved
