Cath Lab Technologist

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• On-call required as needed, including one weekday call per week and every 5th weekend call
• Weekend call coverage runs Friday 6:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
• Holiday call coverage required for summer and winter holidays
• Average daily census of 25-30 patients across 7 rooms
• Patients include adults and geriatrics
• May float to EP lab as needed if Cath Lab/IR cases are low (EP experience required for floating)
• EMR system: Epic (experience required)
• Work setting includes both outpatient and inpatient environments
• Perform procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
• General skills required: IV starts and EKGs
• Must be STEMI ready to apply
• IABP and Impella training required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a STEMI/PCI facility required
• Preferred equipment experience: Siemens and Philips
• Scrubs are provided
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (ARRT must be in hand at time of submittal)
• ODH License required
• No local candidates accepted within 50-mile radius
