Job Details:

• Work a rotating schedule consisting of 2 eight-hour shifts (6:30 AM to 3:00 PM) and 2 twelve-hour shifts (6:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
• Rotating coverage of afternoons and weekends when permanent staff are requesting off
• 1 call shift required per week with 1-2 weekend call shifts
• Rotating holiday coverage required
• Mandatory standby requirement with 30-minute response time
• Midnight RN will serve as Charge RN
• Floating required to 5N/1W and Children's units
• Handle 15-28 cases per day across 6 operating rooms and 1 procedural room
• Common cases include tonsils, hypospadias, rectus muscle, craniotomy, cardiac, and orthopedic procedures
• Scrubbing preferred but not required
• Scrubs provided on unit
• Charting completed in EPIC
• 2-day orientation and checklist completion required
• Facility can cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
• West Virginia nursing license required
