CT Technologist Job in Fort Lauderdale, FL

You'll work as a CT Technologist at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, performing diagnostic imaging procedures that support patient care and clinical decision-making. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting September 21, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanning equipment to perform imaging procedures according to established protocols
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality
• Prepare patients for CT scans and explain procedures to reduce anxiety and ensure compliance
• Position patients correctly and use proper shielding techniques to minimize radiation exposure
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to patient needs during procedures
• Document imaging results and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support diagnostic accuracy

Schedule and Compensation

• Work 10.5-hour night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule runs Sunday through Wednesday
• Weekly pay: $2,480

Qualifications

You must hold a valid credential as an Allied Health Professional with CT technologist certification or registration. Current licensure and the ability to obtain facility-specific credentials are required. You'll need reliable transportation and flexibility to work overnight hours in a fast-paced medical environment.
