Telemetry RN Job in Memphis, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 12-week telemetry position at St. Francis Medical Center – Park in Memphis, Tennessee. You'll work 12-hour shifts beginning at 6:45 AM, providing direct clinical care to assigned patients while maintaining the high standards this 435-bed stroke-certified facility is known for.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care on a per-shift basis
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Maintain clinical competency and manage resources effectively
• Support safe, high-quality nursing care across your assigned unit

Available Units:

• Neuro Tele (5B) – 1:7 or 1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Cardiac Stepdown (5T) – 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Post Op (6T) – 1:6 to 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 to 16 weeks, with a start date of July 6, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,840.32
• Dress code: Ceil blue or white scrubs required for RN staff

You will work within a collaborative team environment and report directly to the House Supervisor for any shift cancellations. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a telemetry assignment in a major medical center with diverse unit placements and established nurse-to-patient ratios.
