Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Snyder, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a long-term care position at AVIR Health Group, LLC - Avir at Snyder in Snyder, TX. This is a temporary assignment running 91 days, starting July 27, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5x8 days (day shift, no weekends, no on-call)
• Weekly pay: $1,641.60
• Facility type: Long-term care

Your Responsibilities

You will work under the direction and supervision of licensed physical therapists to deliver patient care. Your daily duties include:

• Administering therapeutic interventions including exercise, massage, gait and balance training
• Recording patients' progress following each treatment session
• Reporting results of each treatment to the supervising physical therapist
• Supporting rehabilitation goals and functional independence for residents

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant credential (Therapy degree)
• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience
• Texas state license or compact license required
