ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 91-day travel assignment at Senior Living Properties - Homeplace Manor in Hamlin, TX. This is a long-term care position offering day shifts with no on-call or weekend requirements.

About the Role

You will work under the direction and supervision of physical therapists to deliver therapeutic care to residents. Your responsibilities include:

• Administering therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function
• Conducting gait and balance training sessions
• Providing massage and other hands-on therapeutic techniques
• Recording patient progress and reporting treatment outcomes to the supervising physical therapist
• Documenting all care activities in patient records
