CVOR Technologist

Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program required
• BLS certification required
• CST preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of current or very recent Open-Heart experience required
• Excellent critical thinking and knowledge of central processing and instrumentation required
• Work 40 hours per week with schedule options of four (4) 10-hour days or five (5) 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) per traveler preference
• Required to take at least 2-3 days of call per week dependent on staffing levels
• Weekend call begins at the end of your Friday shift and runs through Monday morning until 7:00 AM
• Possible holiday call rotation depending on how holidays fall during the assignment
• Required to float and assist in General Surgery when CVOR volumes are low
