Job Details:

• Only Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) will be reviewed; CRTs will not be considered
• Work across all critical care units and floors as part of floating responsibilities
• Day shift staffing consists of 15-20 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Pediatric service lines
• Night shift staffing consists of 12-16 RRTs for adult service lines and 3-4 RRTs for NICU/Pediatric service lines
• Patient ratios range from 10 to 25 patients
• Varying weekend schedule required with at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Operate and work with the following equipment: GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices
• Document using Cerner EMR system
• Required certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• North Carolina Respiratory License required
• NRP certification preferred
• Scrub color required: Medium Gray/Pewter
