Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Inpatient pharmacy operating Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM and weekends/holidays 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Every 4th weekend rotation required
• Every 4th holiday rotation required
• No float requirements
• No on-call or callback responsibilities
• Verify Epic orders, check technician work, and answer pharmacist phone calls in a central inpatient pharmacy
• Provide inpatient and outpatient IVs, inpatient unit dose medications, and outpatient chemotherapy services
• Support inpatient and outpatient surgery, med/surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, and ED departments
• Inpatient census typically ranges from 30 to 40 patients
• Must be able to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum 3 years of inpatient hospital experience required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Wisconsin Pharmacist License required
• Epic experience preferred
• Business casual dress code required; no lab coats
• Candidate must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
