Telemetry RN Job in Muskegon, MI

Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking a registered nurse for a Medical Surgical Telemetry position on the 10th floor. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced telemetry environment, monitoring cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient progress while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Medical Surgical Telemetry
• Shift: 3x12 hours, nights (7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
• Duration: 90 days
• Start Date: August 2, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,173

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry tracings
• Assess and document patient status on an ongoing basis
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient changes
• Support patients and families with education and compassionate care
• Maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

• Current Michigan nursing license (RN)
• Current relevant clinical certifications as required by facility standards
• Ability to work night shifts in a telemetry setting

Additional shift and scheduling details will be confirmed upon placement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a telemetry setting while maintaining flexibility with a defined 90-day assignment.
