Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in La Crosse, WI

Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract. You will work 8-hour variable day shifts with 72 hours guaranteed bi-weekly on a Monday through Sunday billing schedule.

Role Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist with neurointerventional procedures, including stroke intervention, stenting, and coiling
• Demonstrate proficiency and confidence in aneurysm and stroke procedures
• Manage on-call duties: one night per week with a 30-minute response time, up to 2 weekends per month, and holiday rotations
• No float requirements between units

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of IR experience (5+ years preferred)
• 2+ years in special procedures including interventional, angio, or cardiac cath (preferred)
• Associate degree or certificate in a related field
• Current Wisconsin Radiologic Technologist license (WI Licrad)
• ARRT certification
• AHA BLS certification
• Epic charting experience required
• Flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and strong teamwork skills

Schedule Details

You can expect up to 2 weekends per month and holiday rotation as part of the schedule. Scrub colors are provided by the facility.

Compensation and Duration

Weekly pay is $3,682. The contract runs 91 days, starting December 7, 2026. Interviews will be conducted with the department manager and conducted via Teams.
