Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Peds Adult

Job Details:

• Night shift position primarily serving adult patients with occasional pediatric patients
• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in a general Med/Surg unit
• Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients utilizing the Nursing Process for critical decision-making
• Deliver holistic care addressing patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs
• Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during shifts
• Minimum 3 years of acute care experience required
• Meditech experience preferred
• This is NOT a dedicated pediatric floor - do not apply if exclusively a pediatric RN
• Travelers will start on Wednesdays
• During orientation week, travelers on a 48-hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure required
