CT Technologist Job in Myrtle Beach, SC

Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 3x12 schedule, earning $2,236 weekly.

Role Overview

You will perform CT imaging in the Radiology unit, handling both emergency department and inpatient cases. The department processes an average of 180 CT exams daily across three scanners. You'll operate independently on GE equipment, including GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32 slice scanners. Overnight staffing consists of three technologists total.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT exams including trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA
• Manage ED and inpatient imaging cases
• Operate GE CT scanners with full technical competency
• Document exams using the Meditech system
• Deliver compassionate care to all patients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
• ARRT Radiography certification (required)
• CT certification (preferred)
• Ability to perform routine CT exams for all ED and inpatient case types
