X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Rad Tech - X-Ray

Job Details:

• 8-hour shifts working first and second shifts with occasional third shift coverage
• Every other weekend required at primary location, every 4th weekend at second location
• Holiday shifts required as scheduled
• No on-call or standby requirements
• Perform emergency studies, routine outpatient, inpatient, and OR imaging
• Work across multiple radiology rooms and settings including general radiology, urology OR suite, C-arms, and portable units
• Operate department-specific equipment including Dell, Canon, Shimadzu, Siemens, GE, and OEC
• Use Meditech Expanse EMR and Philips PACS systems
• No IV starts required
• No floating to other departments required
• Radiology supervisor or lead tech available during daytime shifts only
• Radiologist available in-house
• Scrubs required in any color except purple
• Typically one week of department-specific orientation
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)
