Job Details:

• 8-hour variable day shifts with a mix of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Primary placement on the General OR Team with float responsibilities to additional facilities as needed
• On-call requirement of 4-7 weeknights per week and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract
• 30-minute response time required for on-call - must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes
• Call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Weekend shifts for call only with holiday rotation
• May be placed on low census/on-call status
• Minimum 5+ years of OR experience required with at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Experience in a larger facility with comparable OR size of 20+ required
• Circulating required; scrubbing preferred
• Ortho, Neuro, and Spine experience required
• Da Vinci Robotic experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Must have personal vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
• Experience with Epic charting preferred
• Work in a 21-OR facility handling 40-60 cases per day with an average of 45 cases
• Required skills include General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI (bonus skills welcomed)
• Must be flexible, hardworking, resilient, and able to manage change effectively
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and Wisconsin RN License
