Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population ranges from neonates to pediatrics, with floating required to adult care if needed
• Required experience in NICU and high-risk deliveries including surfactant administration
• Required experience with Draeger and Servo I equipment
• Required skills include: pulmonary toileting, ABG interpretation, basic EKG, BiPAP, CPAP, trach collar, umbilical cord gases, and surfactant administration
• Additional skills include: aerosol setup, bronchoscopy, extubation, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), high frequency oscillator, nitric oxide, tracheostomy care/management, weaning from mechanical ventilation, and various medication administrations
• Charting system: Epic (required)
• Scrub color: Hunter Green
• Every other weekend required unless shifts are specified
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
• Holiday coverage required - expected to work major holidays that fall within assignment period
• Option to sign up for on-call during volume variation
• Floating required within facility including adult care and possibly to sister campus
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, RRT, NRP, PALS
