Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule with call and late days as required
• May be asked to float to another campus or acceptable unit
• Specialties include Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, and General/Robotics/Trauma
• Craniotomy and burr hole experience required (hard stop)
• 2 years of experience in service line required
• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• 40 orientation hours required
• Treats patients across all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Altera/Allscripts charting experience preferred, not required
• Required certifications: BLS; preferred certifications: ACLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Required skills include: Craniotomy, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Spinal Fusion, Lumbar Fusion, Cervical Fusions, Anterior Cervical Fusion, Kyphoplasty, Total Joint Replacement, Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Open and Closed Reduction of Fractures, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Laparoscopic Assisted Procedures, Cholecystectomy, Appendectomy, Hernia Repair, Colon Resection, Mastectomy, Carpal Tunnel Release, Amputations, Burns, and Gunshot/Stab Wounds
• Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, and more
