ED RN Job in Davenport, IA

Genesis Medical Center Davenport East is seeking an RN for its Emergency Department. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning August 3, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 12.5-hour day shifts, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Weekend rotation: Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation: Every other holiday required
• Duration: 90 days
• Weekly pay: $2,342.34

About the Role

You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Your responsibilities include triage, patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You will manage multiple acuity levels and respond to emergent situations with clinical competence and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Iowa (or compact state license)
• Emergency Department experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
