Physical Therapist Job in Tyler, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting in Tyler, TX. This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning August 3, 2026, offering a stable schedule and competitive compensation.

Position Overview

You will work in an outpatient physical therapy clinic treating patients with a wide range of conditions and needs. This role is ideal for physical therapists with outpatient experience, though new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Schedule & Hours

• Shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour days
• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires director approval before any additional hours are worked
• No floating to other clinics required

Clinical Expectations

• Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
• Patient load: 12 to 14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
