Physical Therapist Job in Gastonia, NC

CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll provide direct patient care in an acute care rehabilitation setting, working four 10-hour shifts per week.

Schedule & Compensation

• Friday through Monday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• $2,516 weekly pay
• Start date: September 21, 2026

Your Role

You'll work primarily with acute care rehabilitation patients, with the flexibility to float to nearby facilities as needed. You'll work scheduled holidays that fall on your regular shift days. This is an opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a structured inpatient environment while maintaining a consistent four-day work week.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute care rehabilitation experience
• Valid North Carolina physical therapy license
• BLS certification
• ICU experience preferred
