Physical Therapist Job in Hickory, NC

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting August 24, 2026, offering you the opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Position Details:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation of working up to 40 hours
• 5x8 day shifts
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• You will see 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Weekly pay: $2,044

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist credential required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates will not be accepted
• PTAs will not be accepted
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Important: Any overtime must be approved by the director before hours are worked.
