Avir at Cotulla is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a long-term care position. This is a temporary role offering stability and predictable scheduling in a resident-centered environment.

Position Details:

• Shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour days (day shift)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 19, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,321
• Location: Cotulla, TX

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs focused on resident and family-centered care
• Collaborate with customers and referral sources in evaluation and program development
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
• Serve as a team builder and contribute to facility culture
• No weekend requirements and no on-call responsibilities

Qualifications Required:

• 2 years of OT experience in a long-term care setting
• Texas or compact state license
• BLS (AHA) certification
