Med Surg RN Job in Weatherford, TX

Join Medical City Weatherford as a Med Surg RN on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work the night shift (7 PM–7 AM) on a 3x12 schedule with every other weekend commitment and earn $1,955 per week.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to the medical-surgical population
• Work night shifts with every other weekend scheduling
• Float to other units as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• Experience with medical-surgical patients
• Proficiency with Meditech documentation system

Schedule & Compensation:

• Guaranteed 36–40 hours per week
• Night shift (7 PM–7 AM)
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekly pay: $1,955
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: September 28, 2026

Facility Policies:

• Scrub colors per facility requirements
• Clean, natural nails only; no artificial nails, gel, or extensions
• Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer; no extreme styles or colors
• Body art should be covered when possible
• Visible piercings limited to ears
• Company-wide attendance policy applies
