ICU RN Job in Selma, AL

Join SH Vaughan Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in our Adult ICU. This 91-day travel assignment runs nights, offering you the opportunity to deliver critical care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to acute and critical needs
• Administer advanced life support, including wound care and medication management
• Maintain and troubleshoot critical equipment including ventilators, monitors, and intra-aortic balloon pumps
• Perform suctioning, vital sign monitoring, and intravenous fluid administration
• Assist physicians with medical procedures and respond to life-saving situations using established nursing protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary critical care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Advocate for patients and provide education and emotional support to families
• Care for pre- and post-operative patients as needed

Schedule: Three 12-hour night shifts per week

Compensation: $2,308 weekly

Location: Selma, Alabama

Requirements:

• Active Alabama RN license or multi-state RN license
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
