Job Details:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor competency of clinical staff and manage resources related to patient care
• Support unit-level accountability for nursing care standards
• Dedicated scrubs provided for travelers matching staff color
• Minimum contract duration of 12 weeks with a maximum of 13 weeks
• Must be located a minimum of 250 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler
