Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10-hour night shifts Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Flexibility to work additional days as needed
• No on-call requirements
• All work performed in-house; no travel between buildings or campus locations required
• Daily caseload varies
• Perform pediatric ultrasound procedures including NEC and TCD, spines, liver Doppler (all vessels), renal Doppler, renal transplants, extremity venous Doppler, intussusception, pyloric stenosis, appendix, and neonatal heads
• Preferred experience includes pediatric liver transplants
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with two to three years of dedicated pediatric ultrasound experience preferred
• Pediatric hospital experience required; patients include infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Graduated from an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography required
• Required certifications: BLS and ARDMS or ARRT certification
• South Carolina state ultrasound licensure is not required
• Radiation badge is not required
• Charting system: Epic
• Scrub colors: Teal tops and black bottoms
• Parking pass available for nights and weekends with a one-time payment of $20
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• Skills required include NICU, Pediatrics, PICU, portables, and management/lead experience
