Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift position
• Option to work 36 or 48 hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Self-scheduling model; manager will explain during call and will do best to accommodate desired schedule, though it is not guaranteed
• Must have Level 4 NICU experience
• Cardiac PICU experience preferred
• Working within the children's hospital across all units including NICU, PICU, high-risk deliveries, and acute care pediatrics
• Must be competent in caring for neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatric patients
• Must be competent in the use of the Bunnell Jet Ventilator and HFOV 3100A
• Must be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team requiring strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Required certifications: RRT, BLS, NRP, and VA State License
• PALS and ACCS preferred
• Virginia license required; pending license accepted provided a temporary license can be obtained before start date and another state license is held
• Epic experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must float within scope of practice as needed
