PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work in an outpatient clinic setting with potential float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Schedule consists of 4 days per week in outpatient clinic and 1 day per week in acute care
• May be asked to work 1-2 random weekends over 13 weeks to assist with acute care coverage
• On-call Saturday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for priority and new neuro patient evaluations
• On-call Sunday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM for new neuro patient evaluations only
• Acute care weekend on-call involves ortho, neuro, and safety discharge patients only
• Guaranteed hours: 36-40 hours per week
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills as a member of the interdisciplinary team in the provision and management of patient care
• At least 1 year of previous physical therapy experience required
• Outpatient experience required; inpatient experience preferred
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Iowa state license required
• Required certification: BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Skills checklist specific to Physical Therapist discipline required
• Work history must reflect 24 months of current Physical Therapist experience
• Valid driver's license required
• All candidates must have a taxable address more than 60 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
