Telemetry RN Job in Denver, CO

Join HCA HealthONE Rose as a Telemetry RN on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the 4th floor of the main hospital.

About the Unit

• 32-bed Telemetry/Med Surg unit with PCU
• Patient ratio of 4 or 5:1
• Day shift team includes 1 charge nurse, 4–8 RNs, 2 floor CNAs, and 1 sitter

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor patients using GE Telemetry system
• Document in Meditech EMR
• Perform IV and foley starts
• Assist with chest tube removal
• Provide direct patient care and support to the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital telemetry experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• RN license in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience caring for post-op CABG patients
• Meditech EMR experience
• Outgoing, team-player personality with willingness to take initiative
