Telemetry RN Job in Westminster, CO

St. Anthony North Hospital is seeking an RN (Registered Nurse) for a Telemetry position in Westminster, CO. You will work nights on a 3x12 schedule in an acute care setting with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Telemetry unit with 24/7 telemetry monitoring by tele techs; you will co-sign rhythm strips
• Titrate cardiac drips including analgesics, anticoagulants, and antihypertensives
• Manage post cath lab patients and those requiring cardiac care expertise
• Care for patients with common diagnoses including CHF, hypertension, chest pain workups, COPD exacerbations, asthma, pneumonia, pancreatitis, bowel obstructions, gastrointestinal bleeding, and acute renal failure
• Operate respiratory therapy equipment including CPAP, HFNC, and NRB masks
• Participate in float pool coverage for Med Surg and Telemetry units as needed; first-to-float assignment with potential Zone 3 floating in extreme circumstances
• Chart using the EPIC system

Scheduling & Requirements

• 3x12 night shifts per week
• Weekend requirements of 6–9 weekends per 6-week schedule
• Holiday requirements apply
• Self-scheduling and block scheduling available
• Charge nurse carries a patient assignment; nurse aides support approximately 10–12 patients per aide

Credentials & Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) required
• Experience with cardiac drips and post cath lab care
• Valid driver's license; must reside within 60-mile radius
• Must be in state for full week of orientation
• Navy blue to Caribbean blue scrubs required

Position Details

This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,092.
