Telemetry RN Job in Westminster, CO

St. Anthony North Hospital (SAN) is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in our acute care Telemetry Neurology unit (M/S 4S). You will work the night shift on a 3x12 schedule, earning $2,136 weekly, with a start date of November 16, 2026.

Shift & Scheduling

• Night shift hours (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 on night shift
• Minimum of 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule
• Holiday shifts required
• Self-scheduling and block scheduling available
• Hospital may cancel up to 3 shifts during this assignment

Clinical Responsibilities

• Titrate critical drips including analgesics, anticoagulants, and antihypertensives
• Experience with cardiac drips and post-cath lab patients required
• Co-sign telemetry strips with 24/7 monitoring by telemetry technicians
• Manage patients with diagnoses including congestive heart failure, hypertension, chest pain workups, COPD exacerbations, asthma, pneumonia, pancreatitis, bowel obstructions, gastrointestinal bleeding, and acute renal failure
• Work comfortably with respiratory equipment (CPAP, HFNC, non-rebreather masks)

Unit Details

• Charge nurse carries a patient assignment
• Nurse aides support at a ratio of approximately 10–12 patients per aide
• First to float; may float within Zone 3 in cases of extreme need (Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units)
• Charting via EPIC

Requirements

• Current RN license
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certification required
• Must reside within 60 miles of the facility; driver's license required
• Navy blue to Caribbean blue scrubs required
