Telemetry RN Job in Westminster, CO

St. Anthony North Hospital (SAN) in Westminster, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 2, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,149.

Shift and Schedule

• 3x12 nights (standard 12-hour night shift schedule)
• 6–9 weekend shifts required per 6-week block
• Self-scheduling and block scheduling options available
• Holiday shifts required; call or standby determined by nurse manager

Role Responsibilities

• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 on night shift
• Cardiac drip management and titration (analgesics, anticoagulants, antihypertensives)
• Post cath lab care
• Respiratory equipment (CPAP, HFNC, NRB)
• Telemetry monitoring coordinated with 24/7 tele techs and RN strip co-signing
• May float to ICU (low acuity holds), PCU/Stepdown, and Med-Surg Telemetry
• In extreme need, may float within Zone 3 locations

Patient Population

Common diagnoses include congestive heart failure (CHF), hypertension, chest pain workups, COPD exacerbations, asthma, pneumonia, pancreatitis, bowel obstructions, gastrointestinal bleeding, and acute renal failure.

Unit Details

• Charge nurse takes patient assignments
• Nurse aides available (approximately 10–12 patients per aide)
• Charting: EPIC
• Caribbean blue scrubs required

Requirements

• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certification required
• Experience with cardiac drips and post cath lab care
• Valid driver's license; must be within 60-mile radius
• Must be in state for orientation week (first-day modules may be remote)
