Operating Room RN Job in Augusta, GA

AU Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse for the Operating Room (OR) on a day shift schedule. This is a 91-day travel position beginning April 22, 2026.

Position Details

• Weekday mid-shift beginning at 10:45 AM
• 3 on-call shifts required within a 4-week schedule
• Weekly pay: $1,864.80

Experience and Qualifications

• 2–3 years of OR circulator experience in a multi-service operating room
• Current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification required at hire
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary communication and rounds
• Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments
• Participate in evidence-based practice and performance improvement activities
