Telemetry RN Job in Fort Mill, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position at Fort Mill Hospital – Piedmont in Fort Mill, SC. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 12, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis, with responsibility for monitoring and interpreting telemetry readings throughout your shift. Your role includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring that all nursing care meets high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for all assigned patients
• Manage unit-level responsibilities and coordinate patient care activities
• Supervise delegated staff and evaluate their clinical competency
• Oversee appropriate allocation and management of resources related to patient care
• Maintain adherence to nursing care standards and facility protocols

Assignment Details

This is a night shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week. You will work nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The assignment is 91 days in duration, giving you a focused travel experience with a defined endpoint.

Compensation and Benefits

Weekly pay is $1,847. ADEX Healthcare Staffing provides comprehensive support throughout your assignment, including travel coordination assistance and access to our clinical support team.

Requirements

Current RN licensure in South Carolina is required. You should have solid experience in telemetry monitoring and patient care coordination, with the ability to work independently and lead others in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
