ED Nurse Job in Asheville, NC

Mission Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to join the Emergency Department team on a travel assignment in Asheville, NC. This is a single nursing position focused on delivering direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 3x12 nights, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: October 12, 2026
• Weekly compensation: $2,181.24

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Manage emergency and trauma cases
• Work as part of the emergency medical team
• Assess patients, implement treatment plans, and document care appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to deliver timely patient care

Requirements:

• Current RN license (valid in North Carolina)
• Current nursing certifications required
• Emergency department experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment
