PT - Physical Therapist
Job Details:
• Day shift schedule
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13 to 26 week commitment required
• Equipment will be provided - details shared during interview
• Dress code information will be provided on first day
• Parking will be provided - details shared on first day
• Active physical therapy license required
• Washington and Alaska compact license accepted
• Additional documentation may be required outside of standard clearance packet prior to assignment start
