Telemetry RN Job in Zanesville, OH

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking a Telemetry RN for its Observation unit in Zanesville, OH. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three shifts per week (36 hours), with every other weekend required. The assignment runs for 91 days, beginning September 21, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,102.40.

Your Role

You will primarily staff the Observation unit and float to other Med-Surg units including Respiratory, Stroke, and Cardiac as needed. You may also float to the Emergency Department if your skills and knowledge support safe patient care. Taking call is rare. You must demonstrate current competency in Telemetry and cardiac rhythm interpretation on day one; failure to pass will result in immediate termination.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of current and recent Telemetry or Med-Surg experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Current Epic EMR proficiency—refresher training and 1:1 assistance are not available. Insufficient Epic proficiency at hire will result in immediate termination. Documentation of your Epic competency must be included in your referral information.
