Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

MetroHealth Main Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 3 East Med Surg Telemetry unit in Cleveland, Ohio. You will provide direct patient care to adults who meet medicine or med tele admission criteria on a rotating shift schedule.

About the Role:

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care in a complex medical-surgical telemetry environment
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions with proficiency appropriate to unit acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and safety
• Work rotating shifts to support 24/7 unit operations

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg Telemetry experience required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• 1–2 years of additional Med Surg or Telemetry experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association
