Telemetry RN Job in Cleveland, OH

MetroHealth Main Campus is seeking a registered nurse for a telemetry position caring for post-procedure patients on 7 West. You will work with adults who have completed cardiac or interventional procedures and require med/tele level monitoring and care.

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for post-procedure cardiac patients at med/tele acuity
• Assess vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status regularly
• Communicate with the care team regarding patient progress and any changes in condition
• Provide patient education and support during recovery
• Document care delivery and patient responses in the medical record

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of critical care or cardiac experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of critical care or cardiac experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association

Assignment Details:

• Location: Cleveland, OH at MetroHealth Main Campus
• Shift: 3x12 rotating
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: August 31, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,233.80
