PCU - Progressive Care Unit

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Full-time night shift position with every other weekend required
• 16-bed Progressive Care Unit with a 4:1 patient ratio
• 1 unit secretary available for the critical care area
• Work with monitored private rooms, Alaris IV pumps, and respiratory ventilators
• Document using MediTech Expanse system
• Care for cardiac, respiratory, DKA, and sepsis patients
• Perform vital signs, A-line monitoring, insulin drips, sedative drips, and vasopressor drips
• ICU background with experience managing critically ill patients required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Required dress code: Navy blue nurse scrubs
• Flexible self-scheduling model within scheduling rules
• Floating policy is voluntary based on expertise of area
