OR RN Job in Nampa, ID

St Lukes Nampa Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting November 2, 2026, offering weekly pay of $2,304.

Schedule and Shift Details

• 4x10 rotating shifts with two options: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• No self-scheduling
• Minimal call requirements; travelers typically do not have call
• Weekend backup call is 12 hours, rotated through staff, averaging 1–2 occurrences per contract
• Call response time required within 30 minutes

Clinical Environment

• Work in a 4-suite operating room performing 10 to 20 cases per day
• Common cases include general surgery, breast, orthopedics (total joints, no spine), urology, GYN, and robotics
• OR techs are available on the unit
• Scrubbing is not required for RNs
• Charge nurse available to assist with patient flow
• May float to Endoscopy if experienced
• Charting performed via Epic EMR
• Scrubs provided

Support and Onboarding

• 2 to 3 days of unit-specific orientation
• Cancellation policy allows 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of OR experience preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• BSN not required
