CT Technologist Job in Lansing, MI

You will work as a CT Technologist at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. This is a 91-day travel assignment with 5x8 evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will earn $2,611 weekly.

Role Overview

You will rotate between the main hospital and an outpatient center, with most shifts at the outpatient facility. There are no on-call requirements. You will perform CT imaging across all patient populations—neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—in inpatient, emergency department, Level 1 Trauma, and adult ICU settings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Current ARRT certification and CT certification
• ARRT Advanced Certification required
• Proof of high school level education
• Proficiency with IV placement and contrast administration

Technical Skills

You must be skilled in CT imaging including abdomen, chest, head, and pelvis studies with and without contrast; coronary CTA; vascular CTA; brain perfusion; musculoskeletal trauma; myelography; biopsies; aspirations; and drainage procedures. You will work with Toshiba equipment and PACS systems. Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar imaging, along with contrast media preparation and administration, are essential to this role. Epic charting experience is preferred.

Facility Details

You will wear light blue scrubs. Free parking with badge access to the parking garage is provided. The facility is an outpatient center and main hospital combined setting.

All professional training organizations (RTO) documentation must be submitted at the time of profile submission. Weekend rotations (2–3 per month) occur at the main hospital location.
